The December 2007 "Small Works Show" at Metropolitan Gallery in Arlington VA was a huge success. A waiting line was formed outside the door for the opening and the first three folks in the door purchased works by Pratte. The fourth out of her five paintings in the show sold moments later.

Bobbi's painting "Holland" was a top award winner in The August 2007
International Landscape Show at The Art League Gallery.
Pratte was given The Irene Snelling Smyth Award. Judge Ted Cooper,
President and Owner of Adams Davidson Galleries in Washington DC said of
the painting; "I'm impressed by the quiet mood. Clearly, this is an
elderly couple in a kind of romantic, special aura...I'm not especially
gullible to romance, but this sets a unique ambiance. The piece is
perfectly framed."
The November 2006 issue of Elan Magazine featured an article on Bobbi and her art titled Lyrical Representation by Janet Scharp.
Responses were strong to Bobbi Prattes' solo show "Lotus". Over 75 % of the paintings were sold establishing new sales records for the gallery (total sales and price paid for an individual painting). The show was held at The Art League Gallery in Alexandria VA during the month of May 2006. A portion of the artists' proceeds from this show were donated to the American Cancer Society.
Shown (at right) is Jeff Pratte hanging the show. The first sale was made as the show was being hung.
